Acknowledgement of Risks and Liability & Insurance

By submitting this Vendor Registration Form, you acknowledge and agree to assume all risks associated with participation in the event. Vendors are responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury, or liabilities arising from their participation, products, equipment, or staff.

Vendors are required to maintain valid commercial general liability insurance for the duration of the event and must add SocialAddicts as an additional insured. A certificate of insurance may be requested prior to the event.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SocialAddicts from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your participation.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while participating in the event.

Vendor Conduct and Event Policies
SocialAddicts reserves the right to remove any vendor in case of misconduct or violation of policies. No refunds will be issued.

Timely Arrival and Setup
Vendors must arrive and complete setup within the designated time. Failure may result in spot reassignment without refund.

By submitting this form, you allow use of your information for promotional purposes.
